If you are in Lexington, please visit The National Heritage Museum in Lexington, and see this Exhibit, by Jorg Meyer, which displays portrait photographs of nineteen men, former Prisoners of War (POWs), in Europe, during WWII. Along with the “larger than life” photographs, there are biographies regarding the individuals whose portraits are on display in the Exhibit.
As of this writing, three of the former POWs have died.
