Garden Glory

July 19, 2006 on 10:32 am | In General, Photography |

Growing a garden can be a fulfilling activity…watching trees, foliage, flowers and shrubbery grow and bloom…can be rewarding.

A garden is an expression of one’s Self…both in choices of plants, flowers, trees, etc., and the colors that they display.

Aside from beauty, gardening is used as a type of retreat…where one can sit and read, relieve some of the stresses of the day in a calmin environment…watch a sunrise or sunset, and look out over their garden glory, the colors of nature and life…knowing they created some of the beauty before them.

People often map out their garden, and plan it, before adding life to the earth. Landscape gardening and architectural gardening is fast becoming popular, on a small scale, in one’s yard…especially to create a serene environment…a Zen-like mood and appearance.
