Local truancy officers unveiled a new program to catch teens who are ditching school. Officer Keith Williams said “Kids are always drawn to celebrities, so we set up this scrap of carpet and the dividers, got out our camera and set the trap.” Then he added, “Kids aren’t very bright.”
