"If you have digital cable, there is a section called Exercise TV. They have many workouts for all types of levels. Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels workouts are even there. I watch them, but have yet to actually "do" them!"
"I am really enjoying the 10 minute solutions kickboxing bootcamp workouts. There are 5 segments so you can mix and match them based on the workout you want and the time you have available. I have also been checking workout dvds out from our library for some added variety."

"Also if you have Comcast cable, they have a feature called OnDemand...and there are many episodes of various exercise programs you can access on there...I'm sure other cable companies might have a similar feature...it beats running out and buying DVDs..
Also check your local library to see what they have for exercise tapes or DVDs...I was at our library last week and saw they had a whole set of Pilates DVDs and a few other cardio ones that you could borrow for a week at a time (and you can always renew them). If you end up liking them, you can look into finding them for cheap somewhere else, or at least jot down the routine so that you are able to do it even after you've returned the dvds. Some of the older dvds are able to be copied onto a vhs tape or dvd if you have a dvd recorder...I know with copyright laws, the newer ones can't be done."

"Great tips! Our satellite package has the Fit TV channel and they have some great workouts on there too.
I have also found really great deals on workout tapes on Half.com. I read all the reviews on Amazon and then hit Half.com to see if I can find it. I have found workout tapes for $2 on there."

"I am enjoying our Wii Fit. Sure, it's about $90 upfront but think of how much you'll save on gym memberships even after three months of use. I can do the workouts when my kids are taking naps or in bed for the night so there's no need to schedule childcare either. And it's so much fun! You do have to already have a Wii system as well but that's something we made as a fun family purchase that we all could enjoy."

"My workout regiment is cheap and tiresome: chasing my toddler. :)"

"I just enjoy running outside as much as possible! I actually ran on Friday when it was raining. It was so refreshing, thought provoking and FREE!"

"I'm with Stephanie...I LOVE 10 minute solutions! You can order them from netflix or if you already have an account you can view them directly from the website and do the workout right in front of your computer! Not only do the have kickboxing, but they have 10 minute solutions for pilates, yoga, dance, etc. You have to check it out!!! If you don't have time to do all 5 - 10 minute workouts at least do 1. It really works you out in such a short amount of time."

"I really, really, really need to make an effort to hit the gym more consistently. My husband is so great about making time! I needed this post to nudge me in the right direction... thanks, Amy!

"I just wrote an eHow article on using Netflix for workout videos. That's probably my best tip to avoid the clutter and expense that comes with investing in a lot of videos."
