Socializing under Summer Sunsets

I love summer, especially when it means getting together with a couple dozens people you have met once or twice and throwing a party in the middle of nowhere (more specifically, Lac St-Paul, located just a little over 3 hours north of Montreal). It is my honor to present you my two newest friends, Chad and Nitro who gracefully obliged me to a couple of shots.

I couldn’t decide whether I liked the colour or b&w version more so you get both. You also get a bonus (but mandatory) sunset over the lake shot.

You would think I would have went people portrait crazy (I am pretty sure at any time during the evening there were over 30 people present) but I was actually drawn more to the furry animals. Sometimes you just have to mix it up a little bit to get your mojo going.

Only downside is that I now have doggy fever.

I wouldn’t be able to tell you which one [b&w or color] I prefer, they’re both equally stunning, appealing, and magical.
I don’t blame you for being drawn to the animals instead of the people. there’s no doubt the people must have been interesting too, but furry friends are hard to beat in terms of beauty/cuteness/perfection.

alors…c’est quand que tu adoptes un toutou? :)

Ooh, that’s a tough call between black and white and the colour. They are both wonderful.
Gorgeous.

@ Celine: I really tones the golden tones of the fur in the color version but I feel the b&w brings in so much in terms of texture. Le toutou ça ne sera pas pour tout de suite, il faut d’abord avoir le temps (et les connaissances) pour s’en occuper adéquatement. Mais un jour j’aimerais bien en adopter un. :)

@ Courtney: Thank you for your continued support.
