A New Partnership : Technique Tuesday

Ae_techniquetuesday1

[ layout supplies: Cardstock Bazzill Basics; Patterned Paper: Scenic Route, KI Memories, 7gypsies; Bottom Chipboard Border: Technique Tuesdays; Remember Stamp: Ali Edwards for Technique Tuesday; Felt Heart: Jenni Bowlin Studio; "Laugh" Chipboard Accent: Scenic Route ]

I am really excited to announce a new partnership between myself and Technique Tuesday for the production of stamps based on some of the designs I have been creating for Designer Digitals.

Technique Tuesday is an Oregon based company that is serious about the business of making stamps. They have been great to work with and very diligent as they figured out what was going to make the most sense for the layout and construction of these stamps. They are all about quality.

The first three sets include:

Ttstamps

The first one, "capture the moment," is all piece. For the second one, used in the layout above, the "remember" and the "the wonderful bits and pieces of life" can be removed to use on their own or as part of the journal block.

And here's a look at the first big set:

Ae_todayyoustampset

This one is based on my best-seller at Designer Digitals: Title + Journal Block No. 1. The oval in the middle of the blocks are there to give stability to the lined-design. The rest of the pieces can all be mixed and matched to fit the story you are telling. The block width is 5.75 inches wide.

Look for lots more to come.

Ask for these stamps at your local retailer or order them online now from Technique Tuesday.

EDITED: Technique Tuesday is doing a also stamp giveaway. If you go to their website and sign up for their newsletter you can be entered to win. You can even sign up right here:

Next week, Technique Tuesday will be giving away some of my new stamps. If you'd like a chance to win, enter your email address here. You'll also be signing up to receive the Technique Tuesday newsletter. The newsletter includes new product announcements and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

I didn't have a chance to work on my week in the life album yesterday but am hoping to have a chance either today or tomorrow. Love seeing the samples and photos in the Flickr group.

I know many of you may be waiting for your photos, waiting for some time to put this project together (maybe this weekend?), still taking photos, etc. I am looking forward to seeing more results as people have a chance to work with their words + photos + embellishments.

And a sincere thank you again to everyone who participated or followed along this past week. This is a project I really care about because I know the difference it has made in my own life each time I have done it over the past three years. Thank you for sharing the experience with me and keeping me accountable.

I am so excited to see these stamps!! I loved your stamps that you did with the Cocoa Daisy kit a few months back and I LOVE Technique Tuesday's quality! Sounds like a match made in heaven!

Thank you for this project! I agree it really adds a lot to your life. I've even convinced a few non-scrappers to do the photography portion of it! And I'm so enjoying putting the album together! I have also loved seeing everyone's take on how to make the album! And the shared samples on your blog and on flickr. And I each day I am missing my camera! I think I need to get a smaller camera bag and take it with me permanently! :)

Love the stamps! Can't wait to get a few.

Good Morning Ali
Love the stamps!! Also have loved this project, I am waiting for pictures and hope to have mine together in the next week or two. Can't wait to see the finished results when I look at all that has been done.
Thanks again for your inspiration.
Have a great day!!
Love the park pictures.

So excited to hear about the stamps can't wait to get some.
I loved the week in the life project I feel a bit naked without my camera at my side this week. I am thinking I am going to make this a monthly project where I pick one week a month to capture the everyday and document everything. Thanks again Ali for the inpsiration you give me I know you hear that alot but it truely cant be said enough you are truely AWESOME!!

Hi Ali,

I am really excited so see the stamps that you and Technique Tuesday are putting out! I really love your Designer Digitals stuff, but don't have the software to use it. Now I can get hold of the same great design in a format I can use. Superb!
Thanks for all the inspiration and for sharing your life with us.

Blessings, Fiona

Congratulations on your partnership and with such a quality company! So much more of you out there - you are truly inspiration!

Stamps are for sure one of my weaknesses. These are absolutely perfect! And what's great about these is you're not limited to a 12x12 or 8 1/2x11 page!
I have one question for you about the Week in the Life project. How do you carry your camera around when you're taking pictures during the day? Is it slung across you? Is it in a camera bag? I began carrying mine around in my oversized purse, but I was worried all the time of bumping or dropping it.
Thanks Ali!

ROCK ON with the stamps! They look awesome! I love Technique Tuesday's stamps and am glad that you've joined with them to create your own line!

Ali, this is so exciting! I love the stamps that you have shown here! Congrats on your new venture!

VERY excited to see these in stores!!!

NO WAY!!! Technique Tuesday AND Ali....my world is complete now...LOL. That is SO cool. Can't wait to get my hands on these!!! Oh, I'm so excited!!!

i love the stamps!

thanks for sharing this project! i loved doing it...

These stamps ROCK!

I haven't put my album together yet but have been gathering all the bits of supplies I want to use. I plan on using the All Fall collection from Fancy Pants. Looking forward that!!!

EEKK!! I love them and need them ALL!

Congrats!

Congratulations on your partnership with Technique Tuesday! I love the stamps, and can't wait to see what else you have in store for us!

The stamps are great. I was wondering whether you would be able to explain one time how you create you handwriting digitally in Adobe Indesign. I've been having a go a couple of times, but don't seem to get very good results. I love your handwriting, but sometimes it's nice to use my own. I've started on Week in the Life this week and am thoroughly enjoying it.

Hi Ali,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for this amazing series. I am having so much fun with it.
It is so generous of you to share all this information with us for free!
In these tough economic times it's not possible to go out and buy new scrapbooking stuff including idea books so your blog is such an amazing source. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity.

Elisa

Good morning Alie.
First I want to say thank you for the inspiration. This will be a great gift for our girls to look back on when they have their own family one day. I downloaded "The story of today" template but I am still trying to figure it out since I am SO not a computer person. I look forward to sharing my work when it is done, and can I say that the work you have posted from all the ladies is wonderful. Have a great day.

Hurray! I wonder if we will see:

Today I........ and Today We........ (see my blog for how I use your journaling technique for 12 of 12!)

Wow, Ali!
That rocks! I already love TT, so this just makes me love them more.
Congratulations!

Corinna

Oh, I am SO in trouble.
The combination of clear stamps and an AE design are going to be a serious downfall for my pocket book. ;->
How exciting for you, too!
Congratulations on the partnership!

Wow, I love these stamps:) I love the layout you did showing the stamps-- great design and journaling.
I am working on Cathy Z class, but can't wait to work on my album. I need to get my pictures printed. However, I did organize my photos by day on the computer.
Thank you for a great challenge. Have a good day. Jessica

gorgeous stamps ali! LOVE THEM!
and the fact they can be used on ANY layouts!
thanks for the fun week of photos + words! my week is mostly about the handwritten journaling so far with a few photos in between. it's been so FUN!
tara

Can't wait to get these stamps!!!!

I'm an all paper scrapper (no digital here) so I'm very pleased to see these stamps!

{vicki}

Those stamps are so great and versatile. I can't wait until I can order them!

Seriously I almost squealed in delight out loud at work as I am reading this. (Don't tell my IT director) I am looking so forward to ordering those! I haven't done any digital so I've been missing out on the stuff you put out. Now I can add some of the simple things I love from your inspiration right onto my own pages! Whoop whoop My Xmas list just got a little bit longer. Thanks!

congratulation for the new! they are beautiful! is a pity they are not French! laugh!
I love this album on the week and I will try myself to make one, as I can in French! thank you to share yours with us, you see that cross the ocean now!

FANTASTIC NEWS!!!!Technique Tuesday is my VERY favorite stamp company and you are my very favorite designer. The two of you creating together---WOW, it can't get much better than this!

Congratulations on your new adventure! Looking forward to seeing them in my LSS. They have a lot of Technique Tuesday. And THANK YOU for offering the opportunity for us all to participate in A Week in The Life. Have a great day!

I am so excited! I have not yet embraced the digital world, but have loved all of the digital brushes and things that you have been putting out there. Now I can have access! Thanks so much!

This is terrific!!!!!!!

Go Ali!

I have yet to read a scrapbookers blog that doesn't link to yours - and yet you remain so humble. You inspire me daily with your practicality, productivity & simple effectiveness.

THANKYOU for letting your creative juices flow over us all.
xxXX

OMG Ali - this is so exciting!
I absolutely love TT stamps, and this partnership is perfect. I can't wait to buy and use these.
Thanks so much for sharing!!

Absolutely love the new stamps! I've been looking for some 'journaling spot' stamps for awhile, but haven't been able to find any that I really like. These are perfect!

Wow loved , I was waiting for that !
Do you know the release date?
I hope to work on my album this weekend.

Hey Ali,

I can't wait to get some of these stamps! I have really been inspired by the week in the life challenge. I'm a little late getting started on it, but I'm loving the process. Can you please share your chicken soup recipe?

Thanks!

Those ROCK!!! Can't wait till they are available.

Oh, my. Those stamps are truly ... delish! Ali, STOP coming up with these awesome toys!!! Okay? I can't afford reading your blog anymore ... sigh. I can't wait to see how to really use them .. see the different looks to get out of them. TUP :)

Woohoo!!! I am so excited about this because I am not really a digi girl. I so enjoy getting my hands in there with paper, stamps, ink, photos, and words. These are wonderful.

Thank you for doing this-it is so great to have tools for hand journaling.

I cannot wait to purchase your stamps!!!!!! Keep em coming Ali!!

Congratulations! These are really something I'd use. I'm always looking for the perfect journaling stamps. These are it!

This is VERY exciting Ali! It must be for you because I know it is for us more "traditional" paper scrappers who like to literally get our hands dirty! :)

Wow, definitely stamps I'd use. Love them.

What a great idea to make stamps out of these designs!

congrats! That is SO great!!!! I can't wait for them to be available!

Amazing news! I love the stamps and will get them all for sure :)

LOVE your stamps Ali! Just awesome and I can't wait to get them cause I really enjoyed this project and hope to do it again and I know those stamps will make it so much easier. I'm hopefully going to get my pictures this week end, already pre-planning my lay out of them! :)

Great stamps! My local scrapbook store (Luna's Memories in Half Moon Bay, CA) has always been a big advocate of Tech. Tues. I"ll have to make sure they get these, too.

BTW, if you're waiting for pictures, you can still design your blank pages and have them ready. This is what I did and was able to complete my project mostly in one evening after the kids were in bed!

rinda

Ali - I am sooooo excited about your new venture with Technique Tuesday. I was hoping this was going to happen soon. I was a stamper before I was a scrapbooker and am tickled that your designs are being made into stamps. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.

Wohoo! You got it in stamps! I so want your designer digitals templates but I'm not exploring digital or hybrid yet and I so wished you had it in stamps now my wish is granted. Thank you so much Ali! A lot of pages will be gracing your stamps soon. Love it and can't wait for it to be on sale. :-) This will be a wallet trimmer but will be SO WORTH IT!

These stamps are great! I don't do digital (too much time in front of the computer already) and I love the idea that some of the same designs are now available for stamping!
Can't wait to see the whole lot!

What a marvelous partnership for such great products!!! For someone who is digitally (or perhaps I should say Photoshop!) challenged, these stamps will be a lifesaver.

And I agree - the project was wonderful. I was always thinking, no matter what I was doing, about how this would seem in 1 or 5 or 25 years when I look back on it. You are such an inspiration, Ali - thank you!

Congratulations, Ali! I can't think of a more perfect partnership.

I've been really enjoying the Week In The Life project. I'm almost finished cropping and gathering all my photos onto daily canvases with Photoshop and I'll be taking them to Costco to print today. I can't wait to assemble it.

Excellent! I am excited about these stamps. Good for you!

Hey, Ali, I love the sample layout! Will you be showing us what we could do with the other stamps with the ovals as well?

Good Morning Ali!!! YAHOO!! Congrats with your new partnership -- that is SO awesome!! I can't wait to get my hands on them...I wish I had them for the WITL album but this is why you have Designer Details available to us. I'll be working on the album next weekend at a breast cancer event in San Diego. I'll be sure to send photos your way once I'm done.
Congrats again!

These are wonderful! I can't wait to get my hands on them!!!

I so love these stamps :-) I am so happy to see them and can not wait to buy them. I love the look of stamps and these are so perfect for when I don't want to do everything digitally. Yay!

Very very cool! I'm so excited!

oh my goodness ali, HUGE congrats on the partnership with technique tuesday, this is FANTASTIC! i love your stamps digitally and now we can have the both ways. cheers to you. hugs, rachel

I am LOVIN' those stamps!!!!!!!!! AWESOME Ali!!!

Super excited about these stamps! I am very overwhelmed (and unwilling to learn, I suppose) to begin in the digital world. I really love the idea, though, of being able stamp (ink to paper - no pixels involved!) and have the same effect as digital. Plus, I love being a bit messy! Hope there's more to come...LOTS AND LOTS MORE! Thanks for all your sharing - you truly inspire. Have a fabulous day!

Actually we should be thanking you. This project made me take photos of everyday happenings in my life and it was fun. I wish I would have taken more pics but I forgot my camera in a rush to leave the house several times.
P.S. The stamps are awesome!!

Ali, that is wonderful news!!! Go Oregon! Hmmmm, I wonder if they'll bring any of your stamps to CKC-Seattle??? :D

VERY VERY COOL...hopefully next will be an AE product line (HINT HINT) so when I'm too lazy to do digital or stamp, I can just reach into my stash and ta dah...!! One can dream right?? :-)

AWESOME!!!! I can't wait to get my hands on these and ink 'em up!!
Love you, thanks!!!

First of all, I am so thankful to have done this Week in the Life project with you. It has been enlightening and very rewarding to document my family's life for a week. I even posted my pics on Facebook for all my friends to see and they have really enjoyed "peeking" into our lives this week. Very real, very authentic. All good! Second, I am super excited to see you partner with TT. Love their stamps and it's a great company to work with. Will they be out in time for the Seattle CK in Bellevue? I love your designer digitals, but don't have the software to work with. I am really looking forward to these stamps since they really are a wonderful element to add on a page/project! Thanks Ali!!

woohoooo best news I heard all week!!!! :)

I love these stamps and can't wait to get them :) Congrats!!!!

I love that you have separated the text and the frames, I don't like to use English on my layouts.

I'm so excited for you, Ali... and thrilled for you that you've found another way to share your talent. How lucky are we?

I really enjoyed taking the photo challenge; I decided to break it up into categories and am really happy with the snapshot it gives of my life. I'm taking this week to blog about each category of photos and then I'll take what I've written there with the photos and figure out a way to scrapbook them. I'm excited to see the transition from photo to blog to scrapbook.

I love that you challenge us! Thanks.

yahoo! for those of us who have yet to go digi, this is fantastic news!

How Friggin awesome is that Ali!! I'm super excited about the big set. I'll keep my eye out for them. I've always loved your designs, but wasn't a digital savvy person. These will be perfect. I bet you're so excited. Lots of new beginnings for you huh?

WOW! Those stamps look wonderful. I am LOVING this project. I decided to use the quote on your blog this week on my pages. Just posted a few to my blog. Thanks again for all of the inspo.

Hi Ali,

I just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing your life with us this past week, and inspiring me.

Simon and your wee girl are very fortunate to be able to look up to a mother like you, and know that their mum makes a difference in others lives, because you do. By doing this project I have learned things about myself and my family, good things I love and never acknowledged before and also things I need to work on with my family. I would have never had this insight without the prompt and inspo to do this project.

Your children and husband can be proud of you, and you of yourself.

Thanks again, and awsome stamps!

:)

Ali,
Love these, I have your travel set and use it all the time!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited that you have come out with these, I have loved Technique Tuesday since the Autism set was introduced!!!!! I will be waiting for them to go on sale :)
