Simpson’s Movie Soundtrack

It’s rare we give a plug for just one design, instead preferring to showcase the agency or studio… but we think you’ll agree: This is one exception that deserves merit. Take a look at the packaging for the soundtrack of the upcoming Simpson’s Movie. The soundtrack’s CD is enclosed in a faux sprinkled doughnut and is a terrific enhancement to the branding already in place for the film. The traditional plastic jewel case is also replaced by a traditional doughnut box, making for a nice overall touch. Kudos to the design team for a terrific compliment to the collateral. In the immortal words of Comic Book Guy: Best. CD Packaging. Ever.
